SWOT Analysis (Current)

In line with our university's institutional goals, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of our Center's research and other activities have been assessed from various perspectives as outlined below.

Strengths of Our Center

• All experts working at our Center share its vision.
• The core value of our Center is based on children's rights, which is embraced by all stakeholders.
• Our Center has an expert team dedicated to working on issues related to disadvantaged children.
• Our Center is competent in establishing collaborations with national and international stakeholders in its work.

Weaknesses of Our Center

• The presence of some financial and technical deficiencies.

Opportunities

• The goals related to equal opportunity in education as stated in the Strategic Plan (2019-2023) of the Ministry of National Education.
• The prioritization of studies on concepts such as equal opportunity in education, social justice, and inclusive education by non-governmental organizations for the benefit of disadvantaged children.

Threats

• The increasing number of disadvantaged children due to factors such as irregular migration, economic conditions, and climate crises.
