Dr. Şefika Melike Çağatay 

Ş. Melike Çağatay has an MA in Educational Administration and a PhD in Educational Science from the Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University. She received a BA degree in Science Education from Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University. She was in the Department of Educational Administration and Supervision as a research assistant between 2007-2018 at the university. She has been working at the Life Long Learning and Adult Education Department in the university since 2018 as an assistant professor. Her research interests are educational administration, teacher training, gender equality, and adult education.

In the fall term of 2019, she gave a seminar on Adult Education and the Turkish Education System at Prague Charles University within the scope of Erasmus Faculty Mobility.

She is an Education Administration Research& Development Association (EYEDDER) member.

She has been a Women's Studies Application and Research Center member at her university since 2010. She has some education certifications in citizenship education from some non-profit organizations. The first education she completed was named “For Being a Citizen, Education of Educatiors Project” at Biga Gürkaynak Citizenship Institute in 2006 with a 100-hour education program.
